I’m a pretty average 36 year old Mom of 3. I have a few hobbies that I love to do. Well, at least, I love them when I have both the energy and the motivation. The desire to do anything comes and goes.
I can’t even keep up with the household chores sometimes. So I may go weeks, if not months, without even thinking about getting any of my supplies out.
Coloring & Painting
Remember when Adult Coloring became really popular? Well. I had been coloring those large velvet coloring prints for years before it was mainstream. I’m no professional artist by any stretch of the imagination. Though I wish I were!
Anything involving using a variety of colors, textures, shapes or mediums to create something is right up my alley!
Artistic Wire Wrapping
I love pretty, shiny beads, doo-hickeys and doo-dads! Recently, I’ve begun teaching myself to wire wrapping. There are so many different possibilities for jewelry, sun-catchers, keychains, hair pins and even sculptures.
I’ve barely scratched the service but am thoroughly enjoying learning to create something unique with my hands.
